The Championship bike course is two loops of a 12 K trail loop with an out and back to and from transition. There will be a marshal to direct racers to the start of the second loop but it is the responsibility of racers to count their laps. The Championship run is two full laps of the run course and again racers are responsible for keeping track of their laps.
The first run leg of the duathlon is a loop of the lake train around Durrance Lake. The duathlon then follows the same route as the Sprint triathlon.
